Mel Myers is a founding partner of Myers & Shah, where he focuses on real estate and land use matters — particularly the structuring of development incentives and tax abatements, land use litigation, and the tax and transactional aspects of commercial real estate. He also continues to advise individuals, families, and closely held businesses on tax planning and estate matters. An accomplished public speaker, Mel has presented at the American Bar Association and state bar events on tax and litigation topics.

Ghezal Shah Myers is a founding partner of Myers & Shah, where she leads the firm's zoning, entitlements, and land use litigation practice. She represents developers, property owners, and businesses before zoning boards, planning commissions, and trial courts across the District of Columbia and Virginia. Admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, Ghezal also maintains a complementary trusts and estates practice.
